Pre-work: Analysis by the Facilitators
Facilitators immerse themselves in the aims, business case and development stage of each participating team, to help them maximize their output and impact.

Component 1: Understanding Business Models with a Validated Value Proposition and Differentiators
The program kicks-off with a 2-3 day intensive, in-person workshop or a 4 half day online workshop with continuous interactive learning. The workshop:

  • builds on the developed Business Case developed in Stage 2.

  • immerses the teams in the fundamentals of the business model

  • develops a go-to-market plan

  • familiarizes the teams with the proven tools and templates to be used

  • reinforces and refines team roles and cohesion around a replicable process.

Component 2: Business Model and Go-to-Market Plan Development
The next 3-6 months is structured as a work series of exercises against specific timelines and milestones, tailored aligned videos, 1-1 meetings with instructors, intermediate online training sessions and report-out meetings with real time feedback, including opportunities for presentation, learnings from peer teams and Q&A.

Component 3: Go-Forward Plans
Component 3 is the final report-out by the teams to an audience selected by the host organization, including a funding presentation and financing plan, underpinned by the now validated business case and aligned business model and go-to-market plan.
